T Norton was the deputy Mayor in 1916, paper stock is age browned, one leaf has been torn in half and has an old tape repair, some sheets are loosening but generally still holding well, 94pp with some illustrations, the author is mentioned as "a Practical Baker of 16 Years' Experience" (500 gram rate).
