Very scarce title by Sabine Baring-Gould, in mustard cloth with red decoration to boards and gilt to spine, handling soiled, corners bumped, spine leans, some bubbling to spine cloth, chipped at head of spine, bottom closed edge of pages remainder striped, copperplate ink name at head of title, title does not give Baring-Gould's name only 'By the author of 'John Herring' &c', 415pp, one two leaf collation detached, the original binding seems to incorporate staples which in some places have rusted. Good/No Jacket.
