Salmon quarter cloth, gray papered boards with gilt wreath to upper board, bottom corners bumped and cracked, green printed DW with a diamond hole cut out on spine. The cloth below the hole is faded and has a faint pencil diamond mark to it. DW has some minor surface rubbing and a small splash of white paint on the rear panel. Offsetting brown to end papers, top edge dusted blue, front endpaper [Jill] in ink. xiv 270pp on rag paper with browning to all edges, minor areas of foxing. Top corner of rear half of book water marked. Numbered limited edition #341 of 1000c on Auvergne hand made rag paper for subscribers. tipped in errata commenting on the paper quality. Frontis engraving. Tidy but aged copy. Very Good/Good.
