Title: At a General Court Martial, held at Dover Castle, on the 16th March 1812... Ensign John Haugh, of the 3rd Royal Lancashire Militia, was arraigned upon the undermentioned Charges... [General order number 238].
Description: [London: S.n.], 1812. Single sheet printed on both sides, 320 x 205mm. Haugh was accused of conduct unbecoming by Captain Barton who proffered charges such as 'being in the Officers's Picquet Room... in plain clothes, smoaking and drinking' and drunken behaviour. The court acquitted Haugh and expressed 'surprise and disapprobation' for Barton's 'personal insult to the prisoner'.
