Foxing throughout especially to preliminary and end pages, the plates have generally escaped this except by offset from an adjacent page. A sound copy This relates to the Author's hunting and military exploits (but contains no references to Africa). An interesting text with much on native life in the area where he travelled. Extremely scarce in the original edition.
