Most of the large content is made up of the section "Artist's Chronicle: Public Spirit" in which about 57 artists are featured in seperate articles about their recent work. "Public Spirit" was a Los Angeles festival held in May and October of 1980, and this issue, one of the most important in the run, is the most LA-Centric number of a magazine that is already inclined that way. Very Good.
