Text in Greek but with the preface of the first work in Latin, preface and word definitions in the second work in English. Hardback , no dustjacket. ¶ A re-issue of Bagster's 'Polymicrian edition' of 1829. "This edition .. gives the T.R. [i.e. received text] as printed in Mill's edition (1707), with variants drawn from Griesbach's minor edition (1805), the themes of difficult words, the more important elliptical words, and a selection of references" (D&M 4822). One of the plates shows the words 'New Testament' in 48 languages.
