Interesting provenance for those living in Radnorshire (Powys) as he was vicar at Llanfihangel Nantmelan, New Radnor. In 1889, Edgar Arthur William Vaughan Williams edited a Welsh edition of the Book of Common Prayer (Daniel Silvan Evans having published an edition some ten years previously) and was the author of 'Gathered Thoughts: the book of common prayer" amongst other writings.
