Contents are Nearly Fine with no noticeable flaws. The front and rear covers are Nearly Fine with no tears, no significant creases, virtually no wear. Just some very minor soiling and a very faint, almost un-noticeable corner crease. A superb copy of this very rare early jiu-jitsu item. We have only ever seen two copies in twenty years. This one is in far better condition than the other one we had. Near Fine.
