All first editions, clean and tight. The volumes have all been uniformly respined using the original leather boards with new endpapers, gilt titling and labels. Original labels from the Minto Library (Edinburgh) have been placed on the front pastedown of the new endpapers of the two volumes of the Dictionary only. No other marks or signatures or library evidence. A superb collectable or presentable set - appears little used. Very heavy - will require extra postage for overseas at cost.
