Front hnge superficially cracked as the book conatains a bundle of pre-publication notices of the book and a stamped envelope dated 1898 addressed to the author from the Vicarage of Kintbury, Hungerford with 2+ pages of further words as an addendum - and a covering letter. Light wear of edges of boards but still VG. Probably an author's copy - but no written evidence. See scan and email for more. . Very Good
