In all the 40+ years that I have been doing this only the 3rd hard cover of this titles that i have ever run across. Evidently was published in a very short run hardback, was reissued in a short run trade paperback. A very hard to find book. THIS COPY IS IN MY POSSESSION AND NORMALLY SHIPS NEXT DAY.
