You would think that publishers would make it a little less complicated and just include the information on the CP page. The TV program Haven is loosely based on this book. PBO. This copy contains the Grifter's Game error on page 159. THIS COPY IS IN MY POSSESSION AND NORMALLY SHIPS NEXT DAY. An OK copy of a book that is not that easy to find anymore. Very Good.
