Publisher's binding of half black morocco, black cloth boards, gilt titling and elaborate gilt design to the spine, all edges gilt. The boards are heavily rubbed, there is some thumbing and spotting of the contents, the blank pages at the back of the book are torn with loss, and there is a contemporary ownership inscription. Only a good minus copy overall, but the spine is in bright condition. Text in French.
