Some light bubbling of leather, some minor loss of leather to upper joint and one of the corners, lacks the front endpaper, waterstaining of contents. The staining is at its worst in the preliminary pages; there are light marginal stains to the remainder of text block but in practice they are barely noticeable on most text pages. Throughout the last third of the book the stains to the margins become gradually more noticeable. The book is made up of 35 treatises on the scriptures.
