Description: Southampton: Ordnance Survey, 1929. First printed in 1924, this is a reprint from 1929 (print code 3000/29). Mounted on cloth and folded in the original front cover, with an illustration by Ellis Martin. This copy was formerly in a public library: the rear cover has been removed, and the map has been glued into a stout green cloth folder, with gilt titling to the spine. Nonetheless, the map is in very good condition. Also covers Tadcaster, Easingwold and Pocklington.
