This copy was presented by the author to the Athenaeum Club (according to a club bookplate on the front pastedown), there is a blindstamp to the title page and a shelfmark to the front board, and the binding is slightly dusty. Nonetheless, the book is clean and tightly bound, and this copy is in good to very good condition overall.
