Original binding of quarter green cloth, printed grey boards. The edges of the boards are scuffed and chipped (with some loss to the leading edge of the rear board); the endpapers are foxed, the contents are in very good condition. There is no title page in this volume. This is the atlas volume only; a text volume was also published.
