Bound in stout brown library cloth, gilt titling to the spine. This copy was formerly in Hampstead Reference Library, with their bookplate to the front endpapers, a stamp to the copyright page and a neat shelfmark to the spine. The binding is rubbed and marked, a former owner has written their name on the title page, and there is a repaired tear to pp 83/84 and another to the top edge of the front free endpaper. Overall just about a good copy.
