In virtually fine state with lightly rubbed and dust soiled dust wrapper, with a light but lengthy vertical crease to the spine panel and some internal discolouration. The wrapper is price-clipped and re-priced at 95p net (those were the days!). The author's fictional autobiography, with a printed dedication to Graham Greene "whose own forms of gloom I admire". Near Fine/Very Good.
