Title: The Kaleidoscopic Transvaal
Description: J.C. Juta and Co. 1906. Hardcover, with dust jacket. The card that has been tipped into the front pastedown has possibly been signed by Julius Jeppe, after whom many things have been named (such as Jeppe Boys' School). The spine is discoloured but remains legible, and the boards are shelf rubbed, edge worn and lightly marked, but remain strong and square, with bright gold gilt to the front and spine. Internally, there is a small chip out of the edge of page 155, but this does not affect the text or its legibility. There is some very light damp damage on the front end page and some sporadic, unnoticeable foxing throughout. There are no other markings or inscriptions, and the pages within are complete. The binding is secure. JK. Very Good/No Jacket. Signed.
