This is the first state binding with silver titles on the spine, and it was published with a print run of 500-600 copies, according to the author. Stapled to the inside rear end paper is typed list of fly patterns for use on limestone and freestone streams. The book is bound in light green/grey cloth with silver titles on the spine.
