Description: Holograph letter signed; two sided, (8 x 8). "I want you to get some fly hooks for trout and bass fishing. Go into some store where they keep fishing tackle. Perhaps you could do best on R. R. Street. Common trout flys will cost 5 or ten cents, I forgot which. What is called the 'Brown Hackle' fly is a good one, looks some like a piece of a hairy caterpillar. Get 3 or 4 of them and one or two each of say two other kinds. And you might get one or two pretty good size for a trout or bass. 50 or 75 cents will probably get all I want and you can get them done up in tissue paper and send by mail in a common envelope."
