A reproduction of the pamphlet, "The Canadian Curler's Manual; or An Account of Curling as practised in Canada: With Remarks on the History of the Game", by James Bicket, Toronto, 1840 - is included in a sleeve forming part of the rear flap of the dust jacket. "(Commemorates) the 150th anniversary of the Toronto Cricket, Skating, and Curling Club. The history brings out for the members of that club the names, dates, victories, and interesting anecdotes of the club from the earliest years. (The book also provides) a readable history of the development of cricket, curling, and skating (in Toronto) through those years." Very light wrinkling at top/bottom of spine, one very small corner bump. 'The Canadian Curler's Manual' in rear flap pocket is in 'Fine' condition. Dust jacket has minor edge wear, very light edge wrinkling. Very Good/Very Good.
