Only a fragment of an epic about Germanicus remains of Albinovanus' work; the elegies were erroneously ascribed to him by Scaliger. ¶ The second work is attributed variously to Lucilius Junior, Virgil, Cornelius Severus, and Manilius. The last work is of cardinal Pietro Bembo (1470-1547). (Schweiger II, 704)
