(zeer gebruikt exemplaar; eerste katern met titel en opdracht aan Frederik IV van de Palts ontbreekt; gedeeltelijk met ezelsoren; hoekje uit laatste blad gescheurd met verlies van enige letters). Laced parchment. (very used copy; partly dogeared; one corner torn out with loss of some letters; first quire t1-8 (with title and dedication to Frederick IV of the Paltz) missing; first part till the Dicta Scripturae Sacrae is identical to the ed.1597 with identical tailpieces etc. Last part more condensed than the edition 1597 in VD16. ¶ Provenance: 16e eeuwse aantekening op schutblad: Abrahamus á Doreslaer. Verder enkele contemporaine marginalia:.o.a. "Myn hart cryt van smert" and "Nec avide nec pavide".
