Narrow 8vo, brown printed wrappers (printed in black and red on cover), 24 pages, stapled. Paper wrappers are split at spine. There is a thin strip of paper-tape along the inside margin on the reverse of each wrap which had once been used to strength-en the spine internally. Covers are lightly soiled, and the pencil name of a former owner appears on front cover. The whole has been vertically creased once, perhaps to fit into a pocket or mailing envelope. An ob-scure pamphlet, it is offered as is. Ill.: FE.
