Some light foxing to initial and closing leaves; hinges starting. Spine has darkened, with two superficial splits in the surface of the leather near the crown; a touch of rubbing to extremities, and light soiling to cloth. This is a mostly clean and fresh copy, with beautiful illustrations showing manners, customs, and dress in eighteenth century France, in very good condition. .
