A. Fletcher. Tommy goes to the lagoon to fish, but comes across an emu. The emu carries him about, and shows him the traditions of the local Aborigines. (A scarce item, but the previous school owner has "improved" it by applying narrow tape along the spine. McLaren 311i, dated about 1955: printed by W. & K. Purbrick, navy blue & red on cream cover, no printed price, Whitcombe's Story Books advert on rear cover.).
