Date is debatable- includes letter to Rev richard fawcett a local librarian stating that the date of publication is either 1638 or 1738. This large and scarce tome is written in Latin and Greek. It has some moderate wear to the cloth boards, including some raised bumps and horizontal tears of the cloth. The edges and spine are bound in leather, some of which has been scuffed and torn due to shelf wear. Loss to the corners, heavy bumps and chipping reveal the board bind underneath the leather. Front gutter weak and lightly cracked, PP are tanned due to age. Text and script remains clean and clear, real historical value with this piece. Nicely bound, text block tight, overall great condition. Good/No Jacket.
