In it we find instructions for the recruitment officers on age and height of candidates, deformation, sickness, explicit instructions for dress code / uniforms, the weapons carried, discipline and punishment, the make up of a company of 159 men, payment [soldij / tractementen], the make up of an artillery company, snipers, the use of officers and staff officers from the regular army, vaandels en ere tekens. Signed in letterpress Prins van Orange, countersigned in letterpress J.T. de Larrey. The 'Landzaten'turned out to be an utter failure.
