In the previous year he had published a work on this subject: 'Institutiones...'... This edition is a pirated version produced in Germany (First ed. Utrecht 1747, second ed. Utrecht 1748; Vindobonae 1750, Utrecht 1767). The name of the publisher is not listed in Ledeboer.
