Deterding, CEO of 'Koninklijke Shell' and Mr. Dunlop, Director of the 'Nederlandsch-Indische Handelsbank', written from St. Moritz and London, for the greater part on the 'gold standard' and politics. Not mincing matters Deterding dissaproves of both. Also included a copy of a letter [probably] to G.A.Kessler, director of the board of 'Hoogovens' (dated 17-2-1934) and a note on the Java sugar industry.
