Hirsch vol. V, pp. 706-707: His books were published after his death and, after having become rare, collected in Opera omnia (1658): Neuburger-Pagel III, 963: 'Die virulente Gonorrhoee wird als eine Form der Lues venerea der gutartigen gegenübergestellt und das Gujakholz...dagegen empfohlen. Er empfehlt bei 'Distorsion' der weiblichen Genitalien eine Kanüle einzulegen, was also der späteren Stiftbehandlung bei Uterusdelokationen entspricht. Auch heisse Wasser-Irrigationen empfiehlt er bereits.'
