Of a total edition of 560 copies, this is one of 60 with an original, pencil signed etching bound in following the title page. The etching depicts a peasant laborer bent over his hoe.
Gromaire was a painter, graphic artist and tapestry designer. He was strongly influenced by Fauvism and Cubism
