Volume lacks the dust jacket. --- The front free endpaper has been torn out, with somewhat loosened front cover, acidic staining & pencilings to a leaf at rear of book and with a small tear to cloth at cover corner, else a sound, intact copy.; 16mo (6 to 7 in. tall); x, [2], 247 pages.
