Volume housed in blue paper-covered slipcase. --- The front and back hinges had loosened and have been reinforced, with slightly sunned spine, else a tightly-bound, unmarked and bright copy. Slipcase has been repaired using blue paper, and with mild soiling but is structurally sound.
