Full rose cloth-covered boards with gilt-stamped spine titling and interlocked "EL" at tail of spine; orange topstain. In orange dust jacket with 'Everyman's Library' surrounded by scrollwork to front panel. --- A well-preserved copy: bright, tightly-bound and clean, though with sticker removal evidence to front free endpaper and with infrequent pencilings near front of book and scattered through the text. Fair-only price-clipped jacket is quite brittle and with several tears and chips to extremities but remaining mostly intact and wrapped in removable archival mylar protector. (NOTE: This work titled "French Mediaeval Romances" in other Everyman's Library editions.); 16mo (6 to 7 in. tall); xx, 217, [2] pages. Very Good in Fair dust jacket .
