M. Dent vignette to front cover and fancy Knowles woodcut art at title page, endpapers & frontis. A likely first edition [c.1924], but undated. Lacks a dust jacket. --- A rather worn copy, with tears to cloth at darkened spine and prior owner's signature. Though somewhat damaged, the book remains relatively tightly-bound and complete.; xxx, 445 pages. Very Good with no dust jacket .
