Includes several black & white photos, and a color frontis photographic portrait of Mr. Rosentock. Unclipped jacket repeats the frontis portrait on front panel. --- With a small exchange of paper between the jacket front flap and the front free endpaper, otherwise a very good copy: tightly-bound, unmarked and sturdy.
