Description: Sidgwick and Jackson, London, 1933, 3rd imp., 166pp, tissue guarded frontis. port., facsimile of manuscript of The Soldier, dark blue buckram lettered in gilt at spine with gilt facsimile sig. upper board., bevelled boards., fore and lower edges uncut, cream dustwrapper lettered in black repeating the sig. from the upper board, a well made edition, arranged in approximate order of composition and includes 'Poems 1905-1911', 'Poems 1911-1914' and an Appendix containing a further eleven which include his last works en route to Gallipoli in 1915, popular highlights being his '1914' sonnet collection which includes The Soldier: ('If I should die, think only this of me....') with a facsimile of the manuscript, 'The Old Vicarage, Grantchester' (...and is there honey still for tea?), etc., lightly rubbed at tips, replacement front free endpaper, lacks half title, dustwrapper: price clipped, a little rubbed at extrems., spine sun-darkened, several short closed edge tears internally repaired, light overall soiling, very good in a very good dustwrapper,
