Title: Plan of West Lynne, Being a Subdivision of Lot No. 5 in the Parish of St. Agathe in the Province of Manitoba
Description: Winnipeg, MB, 1925.A large folded plan, measuring 58 x 115 cm,A copy of a plan, originally surveyed and drawn in 1880, for the Hon. H. J. Clarke, QC. This copy, reproduced as a blue print, was used in a legal proceeding in 1925, and carries in the top left corner the attestation: 'This is blue print 'A' in the affidavit of George Osmond Vale. / Sworn before me this 26th day of May, 1925 / (signed) J. K. Crabb / A Commissioner in B. R. &c.' The plan shows 41 lots, running west from the Red River, and just north of the international boundary. There is a smaller map, inset, which offers perspective on the location of the lots within the Province of Manitoba. There are a few closed tears at the folds, and several quite small tears at the edges; otherwise the plan is in very good condition. .
