Humanistica Lovaniensia: Journal of Neo-Latin and New Ancient Greek Studies is an annual double-blind peer-reviewed international journal that focuses on philological and literary-historical studies of Neo-Latin and New Ancient Greek language, literature and culture from the Trecento until today, including critical editions and translations of Neo-Latin and New Ancient Greek texts. In addition, papers exploring digital approaches to Neo-Latin and New Ancient Greek are welcome, as well as any other interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary approaches to this subject. The journal is published as a yearbook and accepts both longer articles and shorter notes in the Miscellanea section. Humanistica Lovaniensia accepts articles in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. Following earlier tradition, we will consider articles in Latin, too, although we ask authors to discuss this possibility first with the general editors before submitting, as it may be reasonably expected that it will be more difficult to find adequate reviewers in these cases. Articles are reviewed, edited and published by Humanistica Lovaniensia free of any article processing or publishing charges.
