Volume I is the fourth edition published by Richard Chiswell and includes 4 pages of adverts of other books published by him. Volume II is the second edition printed by Samuel Roycroft for Walter Kettilby published in 1683 and includes 4 pages of adverts of books published by him and is the 'second edition more correct, than the former' and written by a 'Minister of London'. Volume III is printed by J.D. for the author in 1689 and includes an errata page at end with an introduction on the fep which states 'The present impression of this Book, was made in the Year 1683, and has ever since lain Buried under the Ruines of all those English Rights which it endeavoured to Defend; But by the Auspicious and Happy Arrival of the Prince of Orange, both they and it have obtained a Resurrection'.. Worn condition. Cover heavily rubbed with loss to leather. Hinges weak. Some foxing and minor marks. Page edges darkened. Content in overall good condition .
