Pp xix, 120 + a colour-litho printed, highly decorated half-title page and 32 single-sided plates, with a total of 121 colour-printed heraldic shields and 4 line drawn, one being a full-page plate. Printed by Whittingham and Wilkins at the Chiswick Press, with the Binder's ticket of W. Bone & Son to the rear pastedown. Contemporary newspaper cutting affixed to front free endpaper. Internally sound, but with the original binding of black-printed, decorated red cloth-covered, bevel-edged boards somewhat rubbed and worn to the edges and corners. Gilt titles and top edges gilt. /No d/w.
