Marbled boards and spine titles do not match. Colour illustrations on plates of fashion designs 1 or 2 per month. Black & white plates of the person featiured in the first article as frontispiece to each month, index. Vol XI: index and possibly 1 or 2 pages + rear endpaper missing from June, only May's fashion plate remains, all others have been removed. iv + 338 pages, black & white plates all present. Vol XII: damp marks on endpapers, iv + 356. Colour plates: September plate excised, all others present Black & white plates: all present.
