Description: [26], 120, [3], [1 blank] pp.First and only edition of the collected poems of the mysterious and adventurous Robert Hennebo (1685-173), who with variable success worked as soldier, barkeeper, real estate agent and share broker. Forbes enthusiastically cites a whole verse. Binding slightly rubbed along the extremities and some minor waterdamage in the margins of the first few leaves, but otherwise in very good condition and wholly untrimmed.l BMN I, p. 496; Scheepers I, p. 184; Waller 702; cf. Forbes, Short history of the art of distillation 295 & pp. 193-194.
