Some edge wear to binding, contents very good. - Stafleu & Cowan 6704. Nissen BBI 1441. - The collation of this voluminous work, published in 31 fascicules complising 620 plates is admittedly complicated and very unclear, see the commentary by Stafleu & Cowan, partly because the plates and pages are not numbered. Most probably the present volume is complete. It was authored, according to the title page, by Fridolin Karl Ludwig Spenner (1798-1841) and after his death completed by Aloys Putterlick (1818-1845) and Stephan Endlicher (1804-1849).
