Title: England. - Hereford. - Handwritten document on parchment, 1803. Testament and last will of Thomas Bird from the parish of Eye, Hereford, UK. He leaves several parcels of land in Eye, Brimfield and Botchford, as well as an estate in Brimfield, to his family. Made in 1799, signed by the testator and witnesses in 1803, written by Thomas Clarke in brown ink on parchment, 36,5 x 47,5 cm. With another smaller piece of parchment containing the confirmation of the testament by John Napleton, General Principal of the Lordbishop of Hereford, parchment with a printed form and paper stamp (also a stamp on the back), filled out by Thomas Clarke.
