Each of the 8 colour plates with one goat, male or female, in the center, with nice landscapes, like for the "Bouc, Race Valaisanne à Col noir" we see the Matterhorn in the background, one of the rare views not present in Aliprande & Gattlen: 'il Cervino e le sue stampe'.
